These Terms and Conditions establish the contractual agreement between you and Beeline Cars Stansted. By booking a taxi and using our service, you acknowledge your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

Beeline Cars Stansted," "we," or "us" refers to the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 Allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-in. Beeline Cars Stansted is not responsible for delays caused by your failure to allocate ample time.

2.2 Ensure the car size suits the number of passengers and luggage. No guarantee is made for excessive luggage. Child passengers, regardless of age, count as a single passenger.

2.3 Wheelchair accessibility requests should be made during booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quote, excluding VAT unless stated, is based on information provided by you. Material changes to the itinerary may lead to a quote adjustment.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs. Any additional waiting time is charged at the standard rate.

3.3 Confirm booking details upon receiving our confirmation. Failure to notify errors may result in delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payment can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for passengers' behavior. Charges may apply for soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle.

4.2 No eating, drinking, or smoking is allowed in the car.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 Passenger count adheres to licensing or insurance limits.

Cancellations

5.1 Notify us of cancellations promptly to avoid charges. Charges post-dispatch are based on the driver's time and distance to the cancellation point.

5.2 Online booking cancellations may incur charges.

Liability

6.1 We are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control.

6.2 Luggage is at your own risk.

6.3 In case of a breakdown, we aim to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You won't indemnify Beeline Cars Stansted for expenses, damages, costs, or losses from your party's actions.

6.5 No exclusion or limitation of liability for personal injury or death unless unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We may terminate or refuse a booking immediately if there is a risk to the vehicle or driver. No refunds for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Subcontracting may occur, and obligations or rights under this agreement cannot be assigned, delegated, or transferred.

8.2 Terms and conditions may change, and it's your responsibility to review them. Existing bookings follow rates in effect at booking.

8.3 Information handling complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the full understanding between Beeline Cars Stansted and you.

8.5 No third party can enforce rights under this agreement without a written arrangement.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date; claims made after this period won't be entertained by Beeline Cars Stansted.
